The website provides product, support and business information and allows customers to make enquiries. It is not an automatic online checkout. A submitted enquiry, WhatsApp message, membership registration or dealer application does not by itself create a sale, service contract, dealership or agency relationship.
2. Product information and specifications
We aim to keep descriptions, images and specifications useful and accurate. Manufacturers, suppliers and production batches may change colours, labels, accessories, dimensions or components without notice. Images may show a representative product or optional equipment.
Customers must confirm the exact model, rated output, voltage, frequency, phase, starting method, socket, accessories and intended use before ordering. Products offered for the PNG market should be confirmed as suitable for the required 50 Hz application.
Spare-parts matching
Similar-looking parts may not interchange. The customer should provide the engine or generator model, nameplate, old-part photos, measurements, wiring or connection details and delivery location. Supply remains subject to a final compatibility check.
3. Prices, stock and quotations
- Website prices, when shown, are recommended or guide prices only unless a current written quotation says otherwise.
- Current selling price may vary by product, stock location, delivery destination, freight, exchange rate, special order and other supply costs.
- Stock labels and availability can change and should be confirmed before travel, pickup, payment or project planning.
- A written quotation may have an expiry date and may be revised after it expires or if the requested specification, quantity or delivery changes.

4. Orders, payment, pickup and delivery
An order is accepted only when PNG Power Solutions gives written confirmation and the agreed payment or deposit terms are met. We may decline an enquiry or order where the product, delivery, payment, safety or compliance requirements cannot be reasonably met.
Pickup points, delivery cost, estimated timing, title, risk, inspection and any special-order conditions will be stated or confirmed for the particular transaction. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
5. Safe selection, installation and use
The customer is responsible for providing accurate load, site and equipment information. Generator sizing tools and website guides are general aids, not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified electrician or technician.
- Use equipment in accordance with its manual, labels and applicable safety requirements.
- Never operate a fuel-powered generator in an enclosed or poorly ventilated area.
- Do not connect a generator to building wiring without a correctly designed changeover or transfer arrangement installed by a qualified person.
- Confirm installation, earthing, protection, fuel, ventilation and maintenance requirements before operation.
6. Warranty, service and returns
Warranty, service, repair and return arrangements depend on the product and the written terms provided with the sale or quotation. A request is subject to inspection and assessment and is not automatically approved.
Keep proof of purchase and provide the model, serial number, operating history, fault details and clear evidence. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Papua New Guinea law.
7. Power Club, referrals and Dealer Program
Power Club is a customer rewards programme. Unless current programme rules expressly say otherwise, referrals are single-level: only a direct referring member may earn the applicable referral reward. Points are not cash, have no ownership value and are subject to verification, programme limits and published redemption rules.
We may correct points created by error or misuse and may change, suspend or close a programme with reasonable notice. A Dealer Program application is only a request for review. Approval, territory, pricing, credit, referral fee and operating conditions require separate written confirmation.
8. External services and acceptable use
Links to WhatsApp, email, maps or other services are provided for convenience. Those services are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy practices.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with site operation, copy protected content for commercial use, or use our name, logo or product information to falsely claim authority, dealership or stock ownership.
9. Availability, liability and governing law
We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PNG Power Solutions and PACIFIC PREMIER BUILDERS LIMITED are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from reliance on general website information, third-party services or use contrary to product instructions. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. Disputes are subject to the courts of Papua New Guinea, unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.
